MILLION DOLLAR STRATEGY #1: Most people think and believe that you need to have some special ability to make money in your own business. Here's a huge secret that no one will ever tell you: People will buy anything that gives them an "advantage" - and I mean anything.
The advantage could be in a bottle of pills that instantly stops heartburn, or it could be in a new pair of glasses that helps them see - their 'advantage' is being able to see better - it's an advantage they are willing to pay for. So, in order for you to succeed all you need to do is find a product or service people "want" and give it to them. As easy as that sounds, most people completely ignore this basic money-making principle and can't figure out why they FAIL.
People do not buy your products physical attributes (such as the plastic and paper or other materials), they buy the advantage your product gives them. Some marketers talk in terms of 'benefits'... I don't think that is entirely true nor does the word 'benefit' convey the entire truth and power of this concept. Think instead of what advantage you could provide your customers... to help them win or succeed or become more beautiful or successful in college or some other area of their life.
This discovery (thinking in terms of advantages rather than benefits) has helped me generate hundreds of thousands of dollars a year in income online. It's powerful.
